"Okay, so this may be TMI.....but this supplement keeps my digestive system working regularly (if you know what I mean) and helps me sleep at night. The calcium is great for restful sleep, and the magnesium contributes to normal muscle contraction and relaxation. This blend has the best combo of calcium to magnesium."

"Most multi-vitamins don't have enough calcium or magnesium. Of all the cal/mag supplements I've tried, this one is the best. Magnesium is essential for a good night's sleep, and the calcium keeps my bone density in the normal range."

"This product uses high quality calcium in its highly absorbable organic form. My only complaint is that it doesn't contain any vitamin D. If you don't have access to year-round sunshine, it's important to take a high quality vitamin D supplement. Cholecalciferol, or D3 is really the only form of Vitamin D that you should even consider, with a minimal dose of 400 IU daily. This form of Vitamin D is the natural form and has a very low incidence of hypervitaminosis, even at levels of 10,000 IU per day. I usually get about 4,000 IU per day. Vitamin D is very hard to come by in the diet and most dairy products are fortified with Calcidiol (D2). This form is prone to hypervitaminosis D and should never be used."

"I was so pleased to find a Calcium supplement that I didn't have to take a handful of the very large pills to get the daily amount I needed. They can put a man on the moon, but can't figure out how to get enough mg of Calcium in a small pill.

I'm a Breast Cancer survivor and much take large quantities of Calcium because of my ongoing medidcations. This one packs the most into the least amount of pills that I've found.

Good value for the price also."

"I needed to add Calcium to my diet and my pre-natal vitamins I use don't have enough. Although these two pills a day are a bit large, they don't give me a stomach ache and because they are mixed with Magnesium, thankfully they don't make me feel constipated (which is usually what happens with Calcium for me). They say calcium/magnesium helps you to sleep better and so I take my vitamins at night and I have to say, I have been sleeping through the night and have been less restless throughout the night."

"I like this product because it contains 500 mg. of calcium per tablet with enough magnesium to enhance absorption, as a result you can take 1 tablet with one meal and one tablet later with another meal, equaling 1000 mg. per day. I much prefer this over having to take 2 to 4 tablets at a time, 4 to 6 (or more) tablets of calcium per day to equal the needed 1000 mg.
I also like the quality, the type of calcium (I like calcium citrate), and the price (a big factor)."

"My doctore recommended that I take a good calcium/magnesium to help stave off the hip degeneration which had begun. Instead, this product has caused arthritis in my hips and hand (which I have not experienced for many years) to flare up painfully, making life miserable. I have stopped taking it, and hope that the pain and swelling will reverse to where I was prior to taking it."
