"i was skeptical!
I love this product. I have a very stressful and demanding job. my multi tasking skills are always pushed to any human limit. sometimes i feel that i need 8 extra arms to reply to all the emails that i get and function as a normal human being port my working hours.
since i started using this (and i dont' even take the suggested dose, i only take 2 tablets in the morning) i feel so much more relaxed and able to shut off at the end of the day! it's a great value too

"My husband & I both use this product. He uses it in the morning, and strongly feels he's more relaxed during the day because of it. I use it at night when I hit a patch of having difficulty falling asleep because I'm fussing things. It usually helps me fall asleep quicker."
