"Barley Cat brought my pets' color back. Old animals become 'faded' but young stray animals often looked washed out too, from lack of nutrients.
I was shocked how changed my cats looked in the first weeks--the black one turned intensly black; the stripes on my striped cat were soon very defined and crisp. Even their eyes were more pigmented. They had that look that wild creatures have--of 'wild colors'.
All my animals have liked the Barley from Green Foods. I sprinkle it on their dry or canned food or scatter it under their raw chicken bites. I'm on a strict budget but to me this product is a bargain.
You'll be able to tell immediately which of your dogs or cats especially likes the greens because it will be the first to get its beautiful colors back. The more they will eat, the better. I'd eat it myself if it didn't have liver in it!"

"Cats need their greens! My cat will not eat her dry food, waiting patiently for me to sprinkle a little bit of this on top. Obviously she loves it; it keeps her regular, her coat shiny, and no hairballs. I have been using this product for many, many years. My cat is 13 and since she can't tell me how she feels, I can't tell you how effective it is, only that she loves it!"

"My cat loves this one and as another customer said, "A little bit goes a long way". I put it in a salt shaker to sprinkle it on her food more evenly. Works great! Only problem is... everytime I give her food she absolutely won't eat UNTIL I sprinkle it with Barley Cat. Great product!"

"I have some special needs cats...one that was premature and is very fragile (weighs only 4 pounds and is 3 years old) and two others who had been abused strays. "Even though all the customer reviews on here said that their cats ate this stuff, I was skeptical and kind of paranoid that it was the company posting it because it's green stuff. Why would cats like it?
But yes, it's true. I have 2 cats and they both eat their dry food with this sprinkled on top. In fact I noticed that when I pour the food in the bowl, the kitten waits until I get Barley Green out and sprinkle it on top before he goes for it. LOL"

"I purchased Barley Cat Green Food after I started taking Magma Plus Green food and felt a big difference in my own health......I started to think about my 2 cats health and did some research and stumbled upon Barley Cat. My senior cat, is pretty darn healthly and vibrant. His fur is like silk and he just seems happier. My kitten which we adopted after loosing our other cat, had major stomach issues. "My cat was having often hair balls. Since he is an indoors cat, he did not have the option to eat grass. I think this product has helped him to regulate his "digestion" because so he does not have so many hair balls since he is using this product. Besides that, he really likes the green-powder! I thought "there is not way he will eat this"... but I was completely wrong! He really likes it!! About my cat hair: he has an awesome hair, so I cannot tell if the product made it even more beautiful :o) Nevertheless, the fact that my cat has much less frequent hair balls is a very good improvement."
