"All my life I have been fatigued, can't hardly get out of bed and feel like there is wet sand in my limbs. I didn't want to move except to stretch like a cat in order to get that feeling out of my limbs but the feeling never left. A year ago I started taking various amino acid powders and iodine drops. Now I no longer feel like a punching bag. In fact, I feel stronger with more endurance. When I walk I no longer dread every step as if my life force is gone. I feel light on my feet. "If you don't like to take pills, or you're concerned about how well they digest, consider this vitamin powder that you mix in a shaker with your favorite beverage (I use OJ). I don't agree with Nutritech that All One tastes great, but I can live with the taste. I use the Rice Base instead of the milk base, because of my lactose intolerance."

"I tried to mix this product with milk, bananas and cocco powder. Still could not mask the taste of this product. Plus, the amount of nutrients is stagering! Do you really need over 1000% of your daily recomended amount of vitamins? You just pass most of it out of your body anyway. They need to go back to the drawing board on this one. Would liked to have tried it before I bought it. Very gritty as well."

"My husband and I have found a great way to have breakfast in the morning. We put a cup of berries and a banana or two in the blender, add some milk, some juice, acidophilus, and our All-One powder (we also toss in the All One calcium, some glucosamine, and coQ10)! This is an excellent light breakfast prior to a multi-mile bike ride or other exercise, or just an excellent addition to the body before a day of corporate stress. I've been a fan of All-One for years (never did like to swallow handfulls of pills!)"

"All One Powder has an advantage I can't get past -- it's powder. I despise the horse-pill vitamins; this gets around that challenge (mix it into OJ or something). All One also is sensitive to it's customers dietary needs -- thus providing this rice-based, rather than dairy based formula. While vitacost's price is a tremendous value, there are two hesitations I face in using this product.
First, it tastes terrible no matter what I put it in. Maybe I don't use enough liquid, but no matter what I do it still tastes horrible. The only way I've been able to consistently get it down is to have a strong stomach, determination, and sometimes mix it into water with a bit of Stevia to make it sweet. That's been my odd solution.
Second, when I first started using it I know it was a good value; I needed vitamins and it (along with a quite healthy diet and exercise) really helped my health return. However, after a while I realized that my body was no longer absorbing all the vitamins in the complex and it seems a waste to use something like this if my body doesn't need near all of the ingredients in those quantities. At this point I don't use it very often -- if I start getting the sense from my body that I'm deficient in something, I take it for a while again. But on a regular basis, since I think I've "caught up" with my deficiencies, I've tried to maintain my vitamins through truly natural sources (fruits, veggies, etc).
If you're in need of vitamins and like me don't want a pill (or group of pills), I highly recommend this product. It will boost your energy - and it is a combination of vitamins, etc, which actually works together in a way that your body can absorb. So if you need a multivitamin, use one of All One's products - I feel so much better for having done it."
