"Femaprin is a very high quality vitex product. If you want to try vitex, take this. The cost is so cheap, its only one capsule per day. Femaprin vitex is manufactured by Madaus of Germany and imported to the US. It is the highest quality, most effective, and most studied vitex available in the world. 31 clinical studies done on the vitex used in Femaprin. Cant beat that! I have been taking Femaprin for 3 1/2 months. It did seem to help, because I ovualted within around 35 days of taking it. Femaprin is good to take for PCOS with Metformin or another insulin sensitizing herb or drug. I am trying to lose wieght, so I think it will help me more when my insulin resistance level is down, scince i have PCOS also.
If you try Femaprin, take it for at least 3 months before giving up. It takes up to 6 months or so to see the full effects of Femaprin!"

"I was looking for a product to relieve cramps and menstrual symptom for my 15yr granddaughter who misses to much school because of cramps. I have been giving her this product for 30 days, and by gosh, it seems to work. Her cramping this past month was almost nonexistant. I am ordering several more bottles of this product. It is an excellent price and I just love herbal products......saves doctor visits and prescription costs. "This product does regulate the timing of your period. I used to use another product called Menstrual Remedy, because I was getting my period every 18-21 days (!!). After Menstrual Remedy stopped being produced, I tried this, and it is working just as well if not better."

"I say, "I believe it worked," b/c I have always had an irregular menstral cycle as long as I could remember. Well, as I have gotten older, I am 26 years old now, in addition to my hectic schedule, my cycle lasts for months. Not to mention, my flow is extremely heavy, causing anemia. I became very tired, sluggish, and crabby. I couldn't allow that to happen, since I work two jobs and attend college; I need all the energy I can get. The doctors suggested birth control and we all know the side effects of that. Me, being a believer in wholistic medicine, started doing research on ways to regulate one's cycle w/o resorting to birth control. Several articles I read, stated that the Chaise root herb (not sure of spelling) was the key to balancing a woman's hormones and regulating her menstral cycle, pms, and her mood. That's when I went to Vitacost, typed in the search field the Chaise herb and irregular menstral cycles, and Femaprin came up. By the way, the chaise root herb is prevalent in Femaprin. I started by taking it daily for three weeks and my cycle regulated itself. Now, I don't know if this is a coincidence, inevitable, or maybe even a placebo effect, but I believe it had something to do with the regulation. Best of all, no side effects and I don't even have to take it all the time, like w/ birth control."

"I have used this product off and on for years. It not only works to regulate the cycle, but it soothes raging hormones overall.
Without Femaprin, I suffer greatly from extreme menstrual irritability and menstrual migraine. Femaprin seems to level out the hormones that cause these kinds of problems. I still know when the time is coming, but the difference it makes in my life is astounding. My kids definitely appreciate it when I take my Femaprin!"

"I am entering those perimenopausal erratic years and began experiencing irregular periods and hormonal imbalances.
