"Maca works great for building the endocrine system to help reduce or sometimes even completely eliminates menopausal symptoms. It is not a psuedo hormone, but causes your own glands to produce the hormones your body needs. If it seems to lose it's effectiveness, stop for a few days or up to a week and begin again, you'll see results again. Great price."
