How Does NSI® Vitamin C Work? Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is necessary for normal growth and maintenance of the human body. "In most of the bottles of C I get the capsules are brown and old-smelling. This is troubling to me, as oxidized C (Dehydro-ascorbic acid) is a pro-oxidant and not what I want. I'm considering getting my Vitamin C elsewhere"

"while it is a little hard to decipher the direct outcomes of taking vitamin C (I take it 3 times a day) I would say it has made a difference and has helped me. More specifically, it has helped me recovered from constant high-intentity workouts. I workout 4-5 times a week either doing HIT (intensity to failure) bodybuilding routines or HIT strength routines (intensity to 1RM) doing dual factor training where I am most often than not in a state of fatigue. Taking a multi, vitamin C and fish oil 3 times a day in addition to good nutrition helps me recover faster than before. Cheers."
