"These digestive enzymes are great! One capsule taken before eating a heavy meal (i.e. beans, gas-inducing veggies or other types of complex carbs) and the odds of getting excess gas, indigestion and/or heartburn goes way down. It also seems to help if taken before a meal containing dairy products. NOTE: Less effective if taken after the meal."

"These enzymes seem to work better for me than most I've tried. They really help me digest fruits and veggies and I use them with every meal.

I would rate them as 5 stars IF they contained no fillers, most notably magnesium stearate. Yes, yes, it makes manufacturing cheaper because it keeps the product from sticking to machinery. But it also builds up and coats the lining of my colon and only a deep colon cleanse gets it out. Unfortunately, most supplements have it now. :("

"I love beans, but they don't love me. These enzymes help keep the "after effects" under control. The alpha galactosidase really helps with excess gas, too. I take these with heavier meals and whenever I have digestion issues and they relieve the stress almost every time."

"I started taking these because I don't feel I digest food at all. It just sits in my stomach and takes forever to digest. My mother recommended I take these and thought they would help. I just can't tell. I have been taking them now for my second month. I continue to take them because they are not expensive and hope at some point I will be able to really tell whether they are helping or not with the digestive process. I still have my eyes open for another possibly better product to help digest my food."

"I purchased this to replace some digestive enzymes I couldn't find anymore. I have been very pleased with it so far. I take them with my evening meal and I haven't experienced indigestion or heartburn. It has also helped in my pregnancy. These are better than Tums hands down!"
