"I agree with the other person - they are too strong. Caused cramping. Be aware, compared to aloe vera gel or juice, they are much stronger.
And, how do you halve a capsule, for those under 15 yrs??
And, please note, not for long-term usage."

"Can't say enough about aloe vera. Have suffered from constipation most of my life due to poor dietary habits on my part. I take 2 caps at bedtime and Im able to go every morning!"
