"After using this face wash for about one-two weeks I am noticing a HUGE difference. It is really clearing my face up and I use it usually twice a day. Some dryness does occur, but I just touch up those spots with a little coconut oil. The scent doesn't bother me, just smells more "natural" and not perfumey."

"I was looking for a non-benzoyl peroxide product that I can use to help with my acne. I have recently added retinol to my facial regimen and wanted a non irritating, gentle facial wash with the antibacterial properties of tea tree oil to help with my acne. I LOVE this product! I trust the brand, love that they use quality natural products (paraben and sulfate free) and tea tree oil is one of the first few products! my skin feels nice and soft once I rinse and have noticed an improvement in my skin since. The extra perk is that its so inexpensive! much cheaper and the low quality brands you would get in a drugstore."

"This is a great product, it's extremely worth your money but you have to remember that it contains tea tree oil - a fact that I forgot. Tea tree oil is antiseptic and tends to dry skin out, so after using it for about a week, my skin started peeling terribly.
I have normal, problem free skin that gets dry during the winter months, so this product is not for me.
Otherwise, this product is wonderful and contains all natural ingredients. It's probably more suitable for oily skin, or skin with acne problems.
The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is that I wish it had mentioned that it was not suitable for dry skin!"

"I use it after the make up remover and it cleans really well. It has a medium tea tree essential oil scent, so if you are not a big fan of tea tree scent, may not be your choice of cleanser. It's a great product for combination / oily skin and especially during summer season. Price is very good as well, bottle is not the greatest quality though."

"I took another reviewers suggestion and poured this in a foaming bottle (p.s. as I didn't know where to buy a regular bottle soap foamer I bought one with soap from the drugstore, poured the contents in another bottle foam that was almost finished and washed the new one out and poured in the facewash). It's great. and facewash is great if you have oily skin and like squeaky clean skin."

"I bought this for my son to use on occasion along with the pads, and like others, my complaint is with the design of the pump - too much product is wasted. The wash itself is very watery and doesn't lather all that well. There's quite a few essential oils in the wash, and while they make your face feel very smooth, I'm not quite sure about "thoroughly clean". It feels like the essential oils stay on your skin after washing - great for dry skin, but I think for my son who has oily/combination skin and uses this for minor acne flare ups, all the essential oils might defeat the purpose. The pads are Wonderful and work very well, but I'll still keep looking for a deep cleaning tea tree wash."

"I love this cleanser and nothing else has touched my face since I bought it. My skin is oily with occasional acne bouts and this is keeping it clear and doesn't strip my natural oils. I put it in a foamer bottle as other posters have and two squirts of foam is all I need. My makeup comes off quickly and thoroughly. I see no reason to ever stop using this as my acne has cleared up and my skin looks so pretty and fresh. The scent of tea tree doesn't bother me, and it doesn't last once you rinse the cleanser off. Everyone needs to try this for their acne, you will not be disappointed, I promise."

"When you first use this product, you might think "It's so thin and watery... that's why it's so cheap"... but what you quickly realize is that it DEEP CLEANS your face like nothing else. It does not need to be a thick gel, like most facial cleansing products... the water-like consistency of this thin olive-based castile liquid soap with blemish-killing antiseptic tea tree oil leaves your face feeling deep-clean... "squeaky-clean"... stripped of all residue. The irony is that it's mostly olive OIL and tea tree OIL, yet it strips away any OIL you have on your face. This means you do NOT need to use a "toner" after this cleanser... it leaves no residue. Dessert Essence also makes a simplified version of this product, called "Castile Soap" which is just as good. It would be nice if something could be done to "thicken" this liquid product... but if you cup your hand and splash it on your face and rub well... it works 100%. Follow with a good tea tree oil-based moisturizer like Derma E "Very Clear", and blemishes don't stand a chance, while your face stays moisturized."
