"It works! You have to use a little more than you would with other shampoo's, but it's worth it. I notice my hair is thicker but not dried out. My itchy scalp is gone and the conditioner is even better! I'll buy this one again as long as price stays the same."

"I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for over a couple of weeks and it does absolutely nothing as far as thickening or adding any fullness. The shampoo left my hair squeaky clean litterally and the medicated feeling and smell put me off, the smell stays all day! My hair actually felt stripped and dry after using the shampoo and the conditioner did little to add back any moisture or managability. My hair is fine and limp and shedding which is why I puchased the products, however after using it, it certainly didn't add 10% increase in thickness or fullness in fact it seemed more limp than without it. No less shedding of hair either. I just stopped using it as it seemed to be actually drying my hair. The consistency is extremely thick and hard to lather, unfortuanately that is the only thing "thick" about this shampoo."

"I thought I would try this product after reading all the reviews. Well I was disappointed. It did not give me any volume and made my head itch and get bumps. I use Giovanni tea tree shampoo and conitioners. And I always have to use it for a week to get rid of the itch and bumbs. Then I am back to normal and the Giovanni Tea Tree Shampoo and conditioner gives me lots of volume and shiny hair. Disappointed with this product."

"This product, used full strength, is too harsh on my fine hair. Made it look and feel dry, like the other body-building shampoos I have used. It also made my grey hair stand out which typically looks light blonde against my darker blonde hair (I don't color due to damage the coloring will do to my long hair). Disappointed, I tried using just a little with with my regular Pantene Texture shampoo. The results are great! Full w/ texture that is more pronounced than before with the grey blending in with the dark blonde as it does using just the Pantene. The bonus is the bottle will last a v-e-r-y long time using it this way, probably 6 months or so."

"I use this once a week to really clean my hair. After I wash my hair with this, I notice everytime as I am rinsing that squeak when moving my hand across wet hair. That squeak says that my hair is squeaky clean. The best part about this shampoo is that it is so gentle."
