"I will say that I have tried this on my children, noticing not much. It is really difficult to find a probiotic for kids that doesn't have fake sugars (like sorbitol) and real sugar or other questionably healthy ingredients. I don't like to give my children soy, so I'm not sure why soy is a filler (for hormone reasons) and the sorbitol (sorbitol gives me stomach distress)....so I must say that unless they take these two ingredients out, I won't be using them anymore (maybe use natural fruitjuices to flavor the pills is a better idea?)."

"While the quality of this product may be supreme, I do not recommend these for children 4 and younger. I tried them on my 4 and 2 year old. They do not look appealing and they are hard to chew. I tried one myself. They are orange-yellow tablets. I bought another brand that had animal shapes and were easy to chew and the kids had no problem with them."

"Tried these on kids of all ages (4 to 18), and all seem to have a problem with the taste, specifically the bad ("vomit") aftertaste.

If your kids are picky about the taste of supplements, skip these and try the Nature's Plus version of acidophilus for kids."

"My 5 year old loves these and knows she is to have one any day that she does not have yogurt. ..and will ask for it. We never have to worry about constipation and she is seldom sick. She also takes a multi-vitamin and a chewable C each day...being a bit of a fussy eater at times...it pays to be diligent."
