"I was having trouble with cramping as early as a week to 10 days before my period. Also trouble with breast pain. I am in my second cycle of taking this product. I had no cramps and the breast issues have just about dissappeared. I would highly recomend. I take this product along with Dong Quai and it seems to work fine for me on just 1 a day."

"I was recommended to this product both by my progressive HMO GYN as well as my naturpathic pharmacy. I have used it solidly for a month and as a woman in late late peri menopause, it has relieved both the size of my tummy, mood swings and I am hoping it is helping to turn any xtra bad estrogen I may have into good.
