"I take this supplement like 3 times a week since too much vitamin A is toxic(hyper vitaminosis). On the first week I took it, I see a youthful appearance on my skin, supple and dewy, with pinkish undertone. Its a great vitamin for a very low price."

"I just started using it to help clear my skin (the active ingredient in Retin-A is...Synthetic Vitamin A!), so I have nothing to report yet. The pills are small, which is nice. I will try using them atopically, as another reviewer suggested."

"For those needing an extra boost of vit. A for immune support, eyes or what have you, this is a product of choice. The 10,000 IU is not too strong for everyday use, but every other day might be better according to your circumstances. Some evidence suggest too much A is not good--particularly if you are at risk for osteoporosis. However, most of us need a solid amount. I also puncture the capsules to use for skin healing--works better than Vit. E for me."
