"I am taking niacin therapy to complement my Rx for high triglycerides and it seems to be working. I use these sporadically during the day, total of 500mg, and then a 500mg capsule that Vitacost makes under its brand. Both are a very good value and very effective. If you can't take the flush, then, I wouldn't get these. I sort of enjoy it since I know that the niacin is working and it is helping me to keep my tri's down. The test before and after using niacin was incredible. The Rx alone kept it slightly within normal range and in conjunction with the niacin, the tri's went to the low end of the scale. Great results and feeling better everyday. Now if I could get the LDL's down lower, that would be blissful."

"I have tried different brands of Niacin and have found this to be the most effective so far, providing a nice flush almost everytime I take it. The only drawback for me is I would like to find a larger size bottle as 100 tablets last me only 25 days."
