"I use this product to help my autistic son keep his sleep cycle regulated. It has helped him tremendously which means it has helped the whole family. Sleep is so important & I did not want to give him anything too strong or worry about him being able to go to school the next day. He sleeps better...as long as we stick to a careful routine of going to bed at the same time every night. Really a wonderful product."

"I was having tremendous problems with sleeping and nothing seemed to help short of heavy sleeping pills which left me confused over time. This has no negative side effects and helps me fall asleep gently. I cannot say enough good things about it.
For a 50 year old guys like me it also has eliminated trouble I was having with constipations."

"works better than other natural sleep aids I've tried & I've tried several - this one lasts thruout the night - and it's relatively cheap - I take 2 tablets and it puts me down for a good 8 hrs"

"I have had trouble falling asleep and then staying asleep. It has been a problem most of my life. I was only getting 5 to 6 hrs of sleep a night even with Ambien. Lunseta caused me a 7+ hr amnesia attack. I ended up in the emergency room. Night Rest not only helps me become sleepy but I sleep 8 hours. It has been amazing! Finally, I feel rested."
