"I originally found out about this product on YOUTUBE. I was referred to a link in which the young lady documented her hair growth and how this product assisted with her hair growth process. I decided to come here after viewing the video to read the reviews. I am so glad that I bought the product. The first week of taking the pills my face broke out. This is something that I read in the reviews here so I stuck with it even though it was frustrating to deal with. About 2 weeks in the breakouts stopped. The first thing that I noticed was my face was smoother and brighter looking - it appeared much cleaner looking. I did notice that my hair had grown. As I write this today there is a significant amount of new hair growth about 3/4 of an inch. That may not seem like much but my hair had stopped growing due to damage and poor diet so the fact that I actually had hair growth within the past few weeks is truly amazing. My bangs are much longer and that's where I first noticed the growth. I'm also cutting my nails more often now as well and they haven't been breaking as much either. This product truly works but as with anything you have to stick with it and not give up."

"At the recommendation of my cousin to start using (any) Hair, skin and nails vitamin, I chose this based on other good reviews. The results (I've used 2 bottles so far) are good! My hair stylist asked what I was eating because my hair seems to be growing so fast. (Good news for her because I have a short hair style which requires 4-week trims!) As for my nails - not only have I taken to filing my nails down several times a week, I've actually started clipping them at times they get so long. The only area I don't see a big change is in my skin. I don't see a lot of big breakouts, but i hoped for better results for my face. AlthoughI suspect I have environmental issues that need to be dealt with first. I will most certainly keep using this product and am buying a bottle for a friend."
