HYPOALLERGENIC. Trimethylglycine is the supreme methylating agent. It is involved in the metabolization of methionine and homocysteine. It is also a precursor to SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine). This nutrient is of the highest quality and purity obtainable.

"I've tried sam-e in the past and it worked incredibly for my mood but also gave me horrible stomach cramps - The TMG works almost as well as the sam-e without the side affects."

"Took this with liquid B12 (methyl) for a well noticed boost in mood and energy. The B12 without this product helped, but not as great as with the two combined. Great product. Highly recommend. My entire family uses this product."

"My homocysteine levels sowed significant elevation, and I began using combination of B-6, folic acid, B-12, and tmg. In less than 2 months level dropped into "less than average risk" category."

"Over a year ago, I tried SAMe for the first time. I was amazed at how good it made me feel. After a while the SAMe supplement didn't have the same impact it originally had. I learned that taking SAMe can raise homocysteine levels. Trimethylglycine (TMG), on the other hand, lowers homocysteine levels and it is a precursor to SAMe. TMG is the logical choice. And, I trust Allergy Research Group for its quality."
