"Seriphos is excellent at lowering cortisol levels and helping to reset sleep habits, without any unwanted side effects. I take this, as well as my 8 year old daughter, who suffers from anxiety. 1 or 2 before dinner on an empty stomach, and then 1 or 2 more right before bed really make a big difference."

"Seriphos has totally succeed in eliminating any anxiety I have. It doesn't work overnight. When I first used it , it took months. I still get nervous when there is sommething that has a good cause for being nervous, but the chronis anxiety is gone.
I believe that the excess cortisol I had from stress has been eliminated, and I feel more relaxed than I ever have."

"I have been working 50-60 hours a week for 8 years and have had a lot of orthopedic problems. I started taking phosphatyl serine 2 years ago for greater mental alertness and was pleased with the results. This is different - it has made a tremendous difference in my ability to sleep more than 2 hours at a time and I have a more "regular" GI tract. After the immediate dramatic improvement in those two areas I realized, after reading others' reviews, that I suffer from adrenal fatigue. However this product does not work as well for me as the phosphatyl serine for mental alertness."

"It was recommended to me by my doctor to help me sleep. It surely works! And this brand of Phosphatidyl Serine is less expensive than many others. Plus, I like the fact that it is capsules and not tablets."

"I have been using this product for several years on the advice of my naturopath. It helps me be able to think clearly without having a foggy head. I can concentrate for long periods of time. I can definitely tell a difference in my ability to concentrate and perform mental tasks since I have been using the product. It does take several weeks before you notice a difference."

"Seriphos is an excellent product used for lowering levels of cortisol in your body. I take this in the evening and it has allowed me to have sound, restful sleep for the first time in years. I began taking Seriphos under the advice of a healthcare professional after having my saliva tested to determine the hormone levels in my body at different times of the day. Seek the advice of a healthcare professional before self-medicating."

"This product helps with insomnia. I take 4 each night along with 4 NSI Aplha GPC. A nutritionist recommended this and I just couldn't believe after years of trying everything that it did work!"
