"I went for 6 weeks of not sleeping, even taking Ativan to help me sleep and a nutritionist recommended this product and after 1 day a slept a few hours after 3 days (adjusting the dose) I was back to normal sleeping. Cannot and will not use a medication for sleep again.,"
