"I've been recommending this product for about 3 years now to others I meet on the street. It's the only quality electrolyte enhancement for water without all that sugar that's in Gatorade and Vitamin Water. Both those drinks are so darn acidic.... It tastes good, it's great after a workout or really hot day, and it's magical to take at bed time with some motrin after boozing it up. Good Hangover protection. And its made by the same people who make EmergenC, good quality product. Great value!!"

"I can't say enough good things about this stuff! The cost is very low compared to prepared energy / vitamin drinks. The taste is great... love the fizz. I've found that drinking 1, 25 calorie serving a day satisfies my craving for soft drinks and I've been able to cut them out of my diet rather painlessly, a benefit I didn't even expect. It just happened naturally.
I do feel noticeably better after drinking this. Also, I was starting to get a lot of muscle cramps when I was tired. I've no longer been getting them since I started taking Emergen-C. I probably needed some potassium, which I now see was missing from my usual multi-vitamin supplement."

"My boys use this in their water when they swim on swim team. It gives them an extra boost of energy, and they feel that after drinking it, they are not thirsty. If we don't use it...they complain that the water just does not go into their system so well, and they feel thirsty even though they are drinking. "I swear by this product. A friend recommended Emer'gen-C to me approximately 4 - 5 years ago when I was coming down with a cold. "This appears to be the only Alacer Emer'gen-C that does not have a sweetener, so it's the only one I will buy.
I believe they used to call the non-fructose one "Lite" but that now means low calorie. I may have erroneously given a good rating to Emer'gen-C Lite Citrus, but that one does have fructose--so be careful and continue to read the ingredient list even when you buy a familiar product over and over again."

"My family started using this product a couple of years ago, but have had a hard time finding it in the local stores. My 17 years old boy/girl twins are very active in sports and drink it before, during and after practices and games. "I drink a glass of water with Emer'gen C in it every single morning even before I eat breakfast. It replenishes your body after not having had anything to eat or drink through the night. It's also great before, during, or after a workout as it replenishes the potassium lost during exercise. It's a great alternative to other sports drinks which are mostly high fructose corn syrup. The flavors I like are raspberry, lemon-lime, orange, and tangerine. I have not found any of the other flavors to be as good. It's something I will always buy."

"I have been drinking EmergenC for years. It was highly recommended by my local health store. Lemon Lime is the first flavor I tried and it is my favorite. Not too sweet.
