"I have stopped taking this NSI Glucosamine and Chondroitin because the capsules are too large. These are "horse pills." To make matter worst a large number of unnecessary filler ingredients include rice flour, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. What? Silicon dioxide is beach sand. Do we really need to each beach sand? I take 24 different vitamins, minerals and supplement. The bulk from fillers is disgusting. In the future I will search from products with the smallest size pill and smallest amount of fillers. If I can't find a smaller size, I will not buy any."

"I bought this supplement to help with a sore, swollen and stiff knees, feet, and knuckles. I have been taking 3 a day as per instructions for three weeks and have not seen an improvement. In fact, my hands are much worse. I will continue to take them until I am out (for one, the big bottle they come in can't stick around too long!) and I do want to get the results that other reviewers have gotten.
