"I really enjoy taking these multi-vitamins. They do smell bad and some are kind of big to get down but for the price I can get past this. I only take one pak a day, not two like is recommended, and this makes my 'P' quite yellow for half the day."

"I bought this for my 17 yr old son who has a vigorous work-out schedule and plays hockey. Within 4 days of taking a pak every morning, he said he has much more stamina during his workouts. At first, he balked at taking 11 different vitamins at once, but when he saw that positive results came quite quickly, he stopped complaining! I would recommend Animal Pak for anyone who works out regularly."

"This is a very good product meant for the hard working athlete. If you can tolerate take an entire pack of vitamins, it's worth getting, as far as vitamins go. If you can't stomach take a packet of vitamins daily, look for something else."

"I love Animal Pak, and have used it for years. Since I bought this product the last time I have tried Muscletech Vitakic. I like it better than Animal Pak now. Not as many pills to take, and comperable amounts of vitamins plus a few extras. The only reason I am moving away from Animal Pak is the number and size of the pills you have to take."

"Ive recently discovered 100% natural food based vitamins such as new chapter and garden of life's new vitamin code. So I really cannot recommend these types of multi-vitamins. Also its a ton of pills to take. I already take so many pills a day(20+) this was just too much at once. also unless you are a very big guy some of the doses of minerals are way to high even at 1 pak a day"

"This is the start of my 3rd tub, for the money this has to be the best multi you can get, no need to go out and get 4 or five diffrent sups, you get them all in one thing. Very happy with Animal Pak, between this, a whey protein, and some Omega sup, it's all i need. Not a magic pill, won't get you cut faster or bulk up easier, just take this and put in the hard work and you will get there.. Would recomend it to any one who works out"

"This product's name does exactly what it's called. However, it gave me a mild stomach ache when taken to early in the morning. I found that by taking it before an afternoon workout I got the best results. Another downside is that if I took it to late in the evening before working out, I found it a little harder to fall asleep. Overall satisfied with this product, just had to learn when the best time to take it was."
