"Been taking Total EFA for 6-8 years. Recently I ran out and took regular fish oil for 4 wks. I ached like never before! I ordered my Total EFA and started taking again...and my aches went away. Part of the reason is because of the Borage Oil in the Total EFA. What a difference it makes! I found that regular fish oil makes me gassy, but Total EFA does not. The downside to Total EFA is the amount of Omega 6's because I get so much in my diet, however the benefits outweigh that factor many times over."

"Not long after taking this product (2 tablets) along with 400 mg. of Vitamin E daily after breakfast, there was a significant change in the texture of my hair. It was much softer and shinier. Nothing else has ever worked so well for me."

"I've tried a few different brands of oil supplements (including the house brand at VitaCost). Health from the Sun Total EFA is one of the few that doesn't leave a weird fishy taste, and I've never had a problem with the pills melting/breaking, etc."
