"I take many supplements, so anytime I can use liquid instead of swallowing a pill, that's the way I'd rather go. This is the first liquid B I've tried. It's tolerable. It really doesn't taste good, and it's thicker than I thought it would be, so I will try another brand. But I would be willing to come back to this if I can't find one better, because I do believe it is effective (though it's a bit low in Folic Acid). Again, tolerable, but not yummy."

"A liquid vitamin is the easiest way to take a supplement and easier on your system, I understand. It doesn't taste that great but I have a little applesauce waiting to take the flavor away. B vitamins are so essential and this way it enters my system quickly."

"I have bought this for 15 years, before the internet! A little goes a long way and good brand. tEasy to take. I take 1/4-1/2 teas every other day & notice more energy and helps skin. B vitamins are water soluble and help with stress."

"This is a great product especially for those who have stomach problems like myself and tablets just will not work for me causing irritations. Liquids are the way to go for those who have stomach irritations. I really like this product and now my wife is also using it."
