"i was excited about this. i had been using adidas deoderant with cotton for years but can't find it anymore. i like woodsy, earthy scents so i thought this was going to be great. it sounded earthy. but it's just like a pine needle multiplied by 100. in fact, (i'm a woman) it mixes with my naturally sweet smell and begins to smell kind of sour--yuck!! it also leaves a white residue. i'll try something else next time. don't buy this if you don't want to smell exactly like a pine tree person."

"I forgot my deodorant on a trip to Savannah, so I borrowed this from my son. It worked great and the woody herbal smell isn't strong. You can only smell it if you put your nose there. It's kinda nice though. Not too manly or feminine. My son is only 11, but his friends wear it so he wants to, and it isn't toxic so why not?"

"My husband has sensitive skin, a high stress job, a tendency to sweat profusely, and a wife with a low-tolerance to unpleasant odor. This is the only deoderant he can use. Plus, though it is NOT an antiperspirant, it keeps him smelling sweet even after a long day at work. The scent is quite nice, and long-lasting without being perfume-y. We've tried everything, natural brands and mainstream brands, and either it irritates his skin so badly after a few days that he gets a terrible rash, or it does nothing for odor. Keep in mind, not all Tom's deoderants are the same: if you have sensitive skin, beware of Tom's extra strength formulations. They might be too strong for very sensitive skin (though gentler than mainstream brands.)"
