"Not sweet and stinging as mainstream products, Tom's of Maine mouthwash is refreshing and cleansing.
I do find that if you have cuts or sores in your mouth, however, that Listerine (despite it's additives and nastiness) is more effective in healing them.
For daily use, however, I much prefer Tom's of Maine mouthwash (Spearmint or Peppermint)."

"I used to rinse with Colgate and Crest, but never again! This mouthwash is very refreshing, has the right amount of sweetness and doesn't have an over-whelming taste of baking soda. My boyfriend is the main user of this mouthwash and he loves it. I can tell that his teeth are a bit whiter and his breath is better, too. Just from my experience alone, it doesn't last more than a couple hours. It's worth the money, though and we will continue to use it."
