Metabolizes Fat Into Energy. Supports Cardiovascular Function L-Carnitine is an amino acid. Twinlab Mega L-Carnitine Tablets contain no synthetic D-Carnitine or DL-Carnitine. D-Carnitine and DL-Carnitine are less effective than L-Carnitine. D-Carnitine and DL-Carnitine are not recommended because of their adverse physical side effects.

"I have been using Mega L-Carnitine from Twin Lab for more than 4 years. Previous to that I used thermogenic formulas that contained carnitine. This product definitely helps to boost my energy level and keep me active at a higher level vs. no Mega L-carnitine. I find its effects are heightened when I take my multi-vitamin. More activity, for longer periods of time aids my weight management and weight loss efforts. I love this product!"
