"I LOVE this product! It has changed my life. I now feel motivated not aggrivated! I have my hormonal 13 year old and my HUSBAND on them too! The 5HTP is cheaper than buying a seperate product for hubby and it has improved his mental state too. Set them on the counter....he will never know it's PMS pills ;-)"

"I really like PMS. It's really working for me I am only 32 and I can be a real bear a week before my cycle. Since I have started taking PMS I can really tell a difference in my mood and the way I sleep. I would recommend this to anyone who is still having a monthly cycle."

"We use this along with the DonQuai for our teen girls. The extra vitamins and minerals help boost their system when it is low during the middle of the month and cycle time. It has made a very big difference in our girls! Not to mention all those that live with them!"
