"The multi-mineral that I took for years was discontinued by the brand that I used. Since I liked Natures-Way Stress B , I thought they might have the formula that I need. When I don't take a combination of minerals , My nails break and split. When I take this Brand I have long and strong fingernails, even the Manicurist says mine are better than hers."
