"Excellent value & easy to swollow capules! I love that the Magnesium & Vit. D are right there in with my Calcium too- (which helps to absorb more calcium) so I don't have to end up taking yet more pills to achieve the added benifits. It's also very gentle on the tummy, unlike some other brands i've tried... which hit the stomach like a ton of bricks! Very gentle & have NO problems taking it even at night or on an empty stomach."

"I dint realize that the calcium was carbonated. According to my Dr. , this is not a good calcium to take, as absorbs the acids in the stomache like tums and then the calcium cannot be digested into the body."

"I'm not into taking separate supplements - anytime I can combine them, I'm game. That's what I like about Nature's Way Calcium, Magnesium, & Vit. D. It take 3 essential supplements for bone health, and puts them in the right proportion. It also uses a blend of Calcium carbonate (not so good for absorbability) with Calcium citrate and Calcium malate (good for absorbability). I also have to mention the ease in swallowing. Most calcium supplements are huge and hard to swallow. Nature's Way packages this supplement in capsule form that makes taking it a breeze, even for kids."

"There is no doubt that I need to take Calcium. I was purchasing this product locally from two stores. Their supply was inconsistant. After driving the distance and not finding the vitamin on the shelves a number of times I found Vitacost. I really appreciate being able to count on ordering from Vitacost with the added benefit of purchasing the product at half the cost."
