"…but bad for depression. Very strange. I took it at night and felt nice and relaxed, a little numb, actually. But then the next day, usually in the early afternoon or so, I would feel suddenly "down." This happened each day after I took the niacinamide at night. When I stopped, so did that "down" feeling."
