"If u want more C and quercetin this will certainly fill your needs. A big dose of both, this is a great product if you have allergies or are sick. Also just good for keeping up your immune system."

"If it isn't the Dihydrate form of Quercitin I don't find it to be as effective in strengthening the membranes in my sinus and lung passages. Well worth the few extra dollars."
