"I have taken this product for over two years now and in that time I have been free from colds. Prior to using this Vitamin C product I was down with a cold once or twice a year. Because it helps to protect my lungs I just love it. I believe it is well worth the effort to include it in a vitamin supplement regime. "This is the best vitamin C that I have found, none of the others include the higher dosage of bioflavonoids that should actually be taken with the Vitamin C at all times. This Vitamin C does not upset my stomach like others do and it works especially well to keep me from getting colds and flus. It also does not cause my face to break out as other Vitamin C's do. My only complaint is you have reduced the size of bottles from a 250 capsule bottle to a 100 capsule bottle. The value is not there any more as well as I feel it is not good for the environment as there end up being more bottles out there than are necessary.
