"You can feel this one work! It also doesn't make me nauseated. In the past b vitamin supps have triggered headaches in me. Not this one. I'm very happy."

"We like this B-complex and it has been a staple product in our household for over a year now. B vitamins are needed to make acetylcholine (related to memory issues) and reduce homocysteine levels that is related to inflammation in the body. This capsule is a reasonable size for my kids to swallow. My youngest who has allergies noticed a difference when I put him on this saying "my skin doesn't feel itchy anymore"."
