"I believe biotin has improved my hair loss, thickness. Easy to use. I trust Nature's Way products. I like it that it dissolves in your mouth for faster absorbing, instead of a capsulate or tablet which goes thru the degestive system at a slower pace."

"Purchased this recently and so far I have no complaints. The taste is good for a supplement and it's a good size. Can't speak much on the effectiveness since I just started taking this but Biotin is supposed to be good for you so we'll see."

"Tasty and small....I wish all supplements were this easy to take. They seem to helping hair regrowth in areas that seemed to be thinning. Give these a try if you need added biotin."
