"This relaxed me (but didn't knock me out or anything) however, my sleep on 3 of them was weird, with super weird dreams.. kinda of like when I take benadryl..

"whenever I have trouble sleeping I take 3 of these pills and put them under my tongue. I'm usually out pretty quickly after that. Even if I wake in the middle of the night and only have 2-3 hours before it's time to get up, it's okay to take these and get back to sleep quick. I've never felt any sort of side effect from them, ever. i love them and will always keep some by my bed."

"We have used this product regularly in our house for years. It helps me with occasional anxiety and my husband uses it to help him get to sleep or get back to sleep if he wakes in the middle of the night. On rare occasions it doesn't get us to the state we are hoping for, which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board. If it did, I'd be giving it away to everyone I know!"

"I use this a lot. It doesn't always work on the first dose but it can be taken when you only have 2 hours left to sleep with no hangover. And either way it calms and helps you cope with sleep problems without the side of effects of drugs. I use it many nights a week."

"At first, I did not see a difference but, after taking consistently for about 2 weeks I really began to notice a more restfull sleep. I have also suggested this to a family member and they have had the same success and no groggy feeling. I take 2 tabs About 1/2 hour before bed and have seen a great increase in being able to sleep through the night."

"I take Hylands Calms Forte when I can't sleep. I take three, read for half an hour, and usually sleep. It works almost every time, there are very few times it doesn't work within the half hour, and I do fall asleep eventually every time.
I really appreciate not having to take drugs to sleep, this is a safe, gentle product, and it does work, and there is never any hangover or difficulty in getting up the next morning, even if I take the pills in the middle of the night to get back to sleep......."
