"I was so excited about this product but unfortunately I woke up with a sinus headache the next morning. I have so many allergies that it's hard to find something natural that does not cause an allergic reaction. I would still recommend this product to others."

"At first, I did not see a difference but, after taking consistently for about 2 weeks I really began to notice a more restfull sleep. I have also suggested this to a family member and they have had the same success and no groggy feeling. I take 2 tabs About 1/2 hour before bed and have seen a great increase in being able to sleep through the night."

"I take Hylands Calms Forte when I can't sleep. I take three, read for half an hour, and usually sleep. It works almost every time, there are very few times it doesn't work within the half hour, and I do fall asleep eventually every time.
I really appreciate not having to take drugs to sleep, this is a safe, gentle product, and it does work, and there is never any hangover or difficulty in getting up the next morning, even if I take the pills in the middle of the night to get back to sleep......."

"I use 2 or 3 of these tablets (I just let them dissolve in my mouth) and if I am not asleep after 3 of them.....(most of the time I am)....I then use a sublingual melatonin under my tongue (Nature's Way 2.5mg). This combination always puts me to sleep. Since I have been using the Calms Forte....my sleep has been deeper and longer lasting."

"For me, the first 1 or two nights I took it I was highly impressed and one or 2 tablets put me to sleep fast with no hangover. Subsequent nights to the first 2 had minimal effect, even with increased dosage. Tried again months later with same results on first couple of nights then nothing afterwards. Not a long-term sleep-aid solution. However, it does relax away daytime anxiety consistently."

"This is the best sleep aid I have ever tried. I didn't sleep well so thought I'd give these a try. I have tried so many other things and nothing helped. But this did just what it claims to do. Not only do I sleep better but if I have to get up in the middle of the night I also go back to sleep so fast. Before I would be up the rest of the night. Love this stuff works great."

"I am not one to fall for placebo. One of these pills noticeably relaxed me and two send me to bed. I am usually skeptical of natural remedies, but this is effective. I am switching to the NSI version next, simply to save money. Either brand, the formula works and I'm grateful."

"This is the best sleep pill on the market. My husband and I have been taking these for years. Just one or two before bed and you will sleep more soundly -- a much deeper sleep. "I didn't have high expectations for this product, but decided to try it based on the good reviews. I usually sleep well but occasionally have trouble falling asleep, especially when I'm stressed. The first time I tried this, I had been trying to get to sleep for an hour and a half but had been feeling increasingly tense and restless. Finally I decided to get up and take the pills. I don't remember what happened after that because I was asleep! When I woke up in the morning I felt sort of warm and sleepy, but not groggy like I do when I take normal sleeping pills. Since then I've had consistently good results. If I'm having trouble falling asleep, I take three. If I feel anxious during the day, I take one or two. There's no way for me to know whether the product is just acting as a placebo, but I don't really care because it's working."

"On occasion, I have trouble sleeping, especially on Sunday nights! I started using this product a few years ago after taking a prescription sleep aid which left me feeling so doped up and exhausted that I missed work and stayed in bed all day.

Now, whenever I feel restless, I take 2 or 3 Calms Forte a half hour or so before I normally go to bed, and I always get a good night's sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.

This is a great product and superior to and safer than prescription and over the counter sleeping pills."

"Calms Forte is the best sleep aid out there, hands down. It is a general relaxant, but won't make you groggy in the morning when it's time to rise and shine. I have tried to spread the word about Calms Forte to those of my friends and relatives who keep complaining about waking up in the middle of the night. Calms Forte helps them to get back to sleep, easily. It's homeopathic and safe.You gotta take it for it to work! oh, yeah, I give it to my dogs sometimes, too. Works great for them-they love it!"

"These little tablets are really cool. They actually work and they are not harmful and have no artificial ingredients. They are very safe, which is very important and they do help to relax me when I've had a stressful day and need to calm down. Kind of the same effect as drinking cup of chamomile tea would have. Mild and pleasant. Takes the edge off."
