"I have upper back stiffness occasionally and I use this product along with the gel. They work very well together and I would, and have, recommended them both to friends and family for minor pain and/or discomfort. However, my friend had a major injury to his back and the arnica has not helped at all. Again, it is very effective for minor issues like sore muscles due to working out a lot/yoga, etc."

"I bought this product because I am fair skinned and bruise VERY easily. The day after the order arrived my daughter came home with a huge bruise on her upper leg with a lump. She started the dosage, we used 4 tabs every 3 hrs because of the severity and after 24 hrs the bruise had gone through the normal 3 to 5 day color changes and was starting to fade and soften up. I have since stoved a toe (nearing to the break point) and immediately started the dosage with the same results. I will definately keep this on hand!"

"We've successfully used arnica gel for years and I was delighted to discover you could also take arnica tablets (I'm glad they were Hyland's because we like their products). My husband works construction and has days when he comes home really sore and his hands feel swollen. Initially he took the arnica tabs with ibuprofen but now he just takes the arnica (which makes me happy because my mother had some bad side effects from taking ibuprofen long term). I fell last week and took the tablets because I didn't have enough gel to cover all the places I banged up. I ended up only having one small bruise and felt I was better able to move around after taking them. I'll always keep a tube of gel, but I can see how the tablets are more versatile because they take care of the whole bruised, sore and achy body at once. I'm trying to clear some land, work out and do some other activities my body really doesn't want to do. I get sore and achy and some mornings feel as though I'm too sore to get out of bed. When I feel this way I take the arnica tablets and I really do get relief. They work for us."

"Arnica Montana is one of the homeopathic remedies that I never want to be without. Everytime my kids hurt themselves I give them some Arnica. As a result, they don't have that many bruises and I am assuming not much pain. The best example I can give is when my daughter tripped and gashed her head open on a step. She had an instant goose egg and blood was streaming down her face. I gave her Arnica right away and took her to the hospital. By the time we got to the hospital (less than ten minutes away), the goose egg was pretty much gone. Her forehead was glued closed and she had very little bruising. Specific to Hyland's, I like their tablets best because they dissolve almost instantly and hardly have any test."
