"When I am having sleep issues I alternate Calms Forte, melatonin, passionflower tea, valerian, and a Chinese patent formula called An Mian Pian. Funny how just one sleep aid loses effectiveness. This is a good one."

"This product helps me fall asleep and remain asleep. What I like the most about it is that I wake up relatively alert and, once I'm out of the shower, I'm completely awake. Other sleeping aids keep me groggy throughout most of the morning."

"This stuff helps me sleep - when I take it, just once in a while, not every day, as I prefer to sleep naturally.
There are virtually no side effects, although in the morning I may feel a little groggy (just a little bit).

But overall, it's a good product at a reasonable price."
