"I really like the shampoo and conditioner. I recently cut the perm out of my (4b) hair, and am now growing it without chemicals. The conditioner left my hair nice and soft, and it truly feels like my hair will greatly benefit from normal use of this product."

"I have fine, straight, fairly limp hair so many/most conditioners only make it flatter. I can only use a very small amount of this - maybe 1/4 tsp. or I'm at a complete loss to do anything with my hair. If I want my hair to look nice and to be able to do something with it, this isn't the one. The bottle will last forever, I'm using it in rotation, and won't rebuy. Scent is a nice, light herbal - fresh, minty chamomile."

"Jason's shampoos & conditioners are considered "natural" products, which is very important to help protect our bodies and environment. This particular one contains biotin, which is supposed to help with hair growth. I feel it has helped my hair in many ways, and I will continue to use it."

"Jason products were highly recommended for price and product so when I switched to natural products this is the first I tried. Coming from using Herbal Essence for years, which by the way is the only reg. shampoo and conditioner I have ever used for a long period of time, it has been a little hard to addapt my kids as well as myself to. I have learned to use it and work it through my hair with great results. My older two daughter do pretty well but want to use more than necessary simple because it is not like their conventional conditioner. With my preschooler we have difficulty. She has curly hair and while the jason product is good at detangling if you take the time, we have to use more on her and work it through. Granted, she is only 4 and that comes with it, but I am going to look for a different approach next time. We have used 5 bottles of this conditioner. And I do like it, but I am ready to try something else to see about extra moisturization for the scalp as well."

"Although the ingredient list is impressive,I'm not overly excited with my results...especially from seeing all that this stuff has done for many.I do still have a dry,somewhat itchy scalp after using this product for about 3 weeks now.I do realize that everyone is different SO i guess I'm on to the next product."

"Awesome product with awesome results. I have ethnic, naturally curly hair. Jason's Biotin Conditioner is the only product that delivered as promised. I condition for 15-20 minutes with a shower bag on my head; rinse and comb (shampoo comb) right through. Priceless gem!"

"I have used this conditioner for over a month now, along with the Natural Biotin shampoo and am more pleased with the conditioner than I am with the shampoo. But I have the same issue with both: for long hair, you have to use more than you would with non-natural products; just slightly more with the conditioner and almost twice as much with the shampoo."

"I decided to try this product because I've noticed my hair is starting to thin (just a little). I've never used natural shampoos or conditioners only department store products. I purchased the Jason shampoo AND conditioner and I absolutely love them. I'm on my 2nd bottle. My mom is now using them also and she loves it as well.
