"I've taken sting nettles for years whenever I start sneezing due to seasonal allergies. It stops my eyes from tearing, too, without dehydrating me. I've noticed no side-effects, and it works as well or better than unsafe over-the-counter remedies. It's a great value."

"I used this herb for a lot of different ailments, I am extremely chemical sensitive. One night after being exposed to some really toxic chemicals, I could not sleep due to a lot of joint pain. I woke up again and tried nettles and 20 minutes later I was sleeping like a baby because the pain was gone."

"I began using Nettle a year ago after I read the benefits that it supplies for the urinary tract as well as prostate function. I take this along with pygeum africanum. I have definitely noticed a positive increase in prostate function."

"In addition to what the other reviewers said about allergies, I have found that when l take 1 capsule of nettle before bed, along with vitamin C and milk thistle, I wake up feeling refreshed, even after only 4, 5, or 6 hours of sleep. This Nature's Way supplement is effective & economical."

"I used to have terrible allergies and sinus infections until I started taking Stinging Nettle. I have had no sinus infections since and little if no allergies in the spring and summer, and it has been years. This is a great value and works as well as any other brand I have tried."

"Natures Way Nettle replaced my prescription anti-histamine over 10 years ago. It does a better job and without the side effects I got from the prescription. I take it daily for year round allergies. I don't leave home without it!"
