"I deal with yeast overrun on a constant basis. Garlic is one of the basics for keeping it in control. I have tried many, even ones made by Kyolic for other stores to carry other brand names. I have been told they are the same, made by the same people. But nothing works like this Kyolic garlic. Two with a meal makes a real difference in keeping the yeast under control. Sometimes I take two twice a day. Even if I have to take an antibiotic the kyolic will keep the yeast from getting out of hand. I do not want to do without them!"

"Years ago I started with 5 Kyolic garlic capsules each morning with breakfast. They cleared up decades long facial pimples and sinus infections. Since the garlic is aged, I don't smell like garlic. I now take 4 capsules each day with breakfast, which keeps my sinuses infection-free, or in the rare case of infection, speeds up my recovery."
