"If you are going to invest in any supplement, it should be cayenne pepper. It is so good for every system in your body. It also helps me to maintain my weight. A capsule with my meal helps me feel fuller faster because of the heat, there by, eat less. This product is awesome. I have gone thru three bottles already."
