"I use this daily. I combine it with enzymes and DIM for uterine fibroids, but found that I have lost weight using this combination and the Calcium D-Glcarte really does an excellent job detoxing my system."

"I generally find it easy to take pills. Often taking several at a time with just a sip of liquid. These odd shaped tablets are very difficult to go down and get stuck often.
Otherwise I think this is a great supplement that I take in conjunction with DIM for hormonal balance and to flush excess estrogen. Just wish they'd make an easier tablet or caplet form."

"At the 500 mg (higher) dose, I have been so impressed with this product for breast health. After learning some time ago that it performs as an anti-oxidant for hormone-sensitive tissue, the two smooth caps each day are easy to swallow and in just a few days, I was elated when the former breast pain when sleeping on my stomach was completely gone, nor has it ever returned. As another commented, I too, believe that this form of calcium has helped with unexpected weight loss. So, for a couple of great reasons, I am one who has found this to be QUITE an effective product. :)"

"My physican recommended this product for help with my PMS and cramps. It seems to have helped. The only downside is the terrible odor now associated with my menses. I am considering discontinuing the product because of it."

"I love this product for two main reasons: it is an affordable calcium d-glucarate, and it seems effective.
I like the sense of comfort it gives me being able to regularly take a supplement that helps eliminate excess estrogen. I'm hoping it moves this hot flash phase of menopause through quickly, too."

"I didn't realize that excess estrogen is as common as it is, for both men and women. I had my hormone levels checked and I was at the upper limit for a man. This increases my risk for prostate cancer. I've been taking Calcium Glucarate for the past few months and I'm going to have my hormone levels tested again soon. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I have become leaner."

"My son is on the autism spectrum. He can not drink milk and needed a calcium supplement that was dairy free. A secondary problem for Autistic children is thier detoxification.He also is in puberty and dealing with hormones. His nutritionist suggested we use Cal-D-glucarate since it would address his other needs as well as give him the calcium that he needs. This product is doing a wonderful job for him in helping to keep him detoxified and balanced. When I add more supplements to his regimine I always look to see if natrol has them as I know I can trust them to be free of the allergens that my son can not have."
