Smells like playdough!
 April 13, 2016
" I had 2 mixes and I am sensitive to egg and I am on a low fat diet so I used egg replacer instead of the eggs in each batch. The first batch I made I used banana to replace the butter. The cookies were edible the first day but tasted awful the next day and they were tough. I decided to split my remaining mix in half. The first half I used canned, drained and rinsed Great Northern beans in place of the butter. They tasted good the first day but did not taste good the next day. They were also tough. The third batch I used applesauce in place of the butter. They did not taste very good and were also tough. I ate one and threw the rest away. I ended up throwing away most of the cookies from all 3 batches. The mix and the cookies after they are baked smells like playdough as well. I am going to try the no chip cookies next, "

yummy cookies
 February 13, 2016
" The first time I made the cookies I did almost what the recipe said except I added two eggs instead of 1 egg and 1 egg yoke. I rolled the dough in wax paper and put in fridge. When I took it out it crumbled when I tried to work with it. The next time I made the cookies I did not put the dough in the fridge instead I used tapioca flour and rolled out the dough and I had no problems with the dough. The cookies turned out great. "

Good flavor, gritty texture
 January 18, 2016
" The cookies had good flavor but definitely a grittier texture than regular sugar cookies. My kids didn't seem to notice or care.
The other issue for me was trying to roll the dough out for cookie cutting. My kids didn't get to help for Christmas cookies because it was such a pain to deal with. That may be true for all gf cookie dough though. I chilled the dough and ended up having to take small chunks of the dough and roll and cut as quickly as possible because as soon as it even remotely warmed up, it was impossible to deal with. It would become mush and not be able to hold the shape. This process took HOURS to get all the dough cut out and baked. The cookies also spread while baking. I even tried chilling the cut ones after they were on the cookie sheet (since that's normally the trick to prevent them from spreading while baking) and it didn't work. The snowflakes looked like flowers when they were done baking. Again, that may be the nature of all gf cookies, I don't know, but just putting that out there. "

 November 6, 2015
" I purchased this because it is gluten free. I used almond butter in replacement of using regular butter. They came out really soft and chewy, just perfect. Kids love them. I will buy this again "
