One day she gave me a recipe that required toasted coconut. When I made it I was blown away by the fantastic flavor so I started selling toasted coconut chips at local markets. Everybody loved them so I started a company and named it Dang as an homage to my Mom. . We take mature coconuts slice out the nutritious copra (coconut meat) then toast it to perfection. The toasting process brings out the natural sweet buttery taste of coconut and gives it a satisfying crunch. . The perfect snack

"I love coconut chips, and particularly love the salted caramel variety. I tend to use the original flavor on breakfast items and the caramel (which btw doesn't have caramel as an ingredient) as a treat. It easily replaces dessert, desires for crunchiness, and does the job.
The smaller pouches are handy, as I tend to eat as many of these as are available.
Still pricey, but absolutely in line with the competitors, namely Danielles (which I also like a lot)."
