very good soy nuts ...

"I like these soybeans a lot. The best thing about them is that they are non-GMO which is a big concern I have with soy products in general. I have tried other roasted soybeans and they are often oily which I don't like. These are dry roasted, have no oils added and do not taste or feel oily. Other roasted soy beans I have tried (like from Whole Foods) have a thin skin on them that often falls off and when you get down towards the bottom of the bag, you are eating a bunch of skins - these are "skinless". They are also unsalted which is great for those of us watching our salt intake. I eat them as an afternoon snack, instead of an ounce of nuts. But these have fewer calories than nuts (so you can eat more!) and a lot more protein. I would definitely recommend them."
