"These seeds are the perfect snack. Not only do they taste good they are extremely healthy. With their high content of omega 3 fatty acids, they beat most other foods that offer these healthy fats that we need for good health.
Just enough salt, crunchy and delicious....can't go wrong!"

"I use to be one of the pickiest eaters on the face of the planet, and through an unfortunate development of an autoimmune disease, my diet has completely changed. I eat a lot more healthful foods that I use to never want to touch with a 10-foot pole. This would be one of those items. A few years ago, if someone had offered me a handful of these seeds, I would have been like "Savi what!?" made a face and said no. However, when they were offered to me, and touted for their Omega-3, nutty taste, I had to give them a try. At first taste I did not like them, but, starving, I ate the rest of my handful and after the first 2 or 3 I loved them! They are definitely an unusual taste for the average American pallet but totally worth the food adventure :-) Give them a try!"
