"I use to be one of the pickiest eaters on the face of the planet, and through an unfortunate development of an autoimmune disease, my diet has completely changed. I eat a lot more healthful foods that I use to never want to touch with a 10-foot pole. This would be one of those items. A few years ago, if someone had offered me a handful of these seeds, I would have been like "Savi what!?" made a face and said no. However, when they were offered to me, and touted for their Omega-3, nutty taste, I had to give them a try. At first taste I did not like them, but, starving, I ate the rest of my handful and after the first 2 or 3 I loved them! They are definitely an unusual taste for the average American pallet but totally worth the food adventure :-) Give them a try!"
