"I am Italian and was super skeptical about these, but was willing to give them a shot. I was even more skeptical when I smelled them after opening the package (you do have to rinse them out really well). But, they were actually pretty good. You just need to add plenty of sauce because they have no real flavor in and of themselves."

"Although I love the idea of having grain free pasta and do like the angel hair version much much better, here are some comments: 1. No taste until you add flavor to it (this is ok and is the same with al the versions) 2. This version is very hard to chew down so comes out in bowel movements in chunks. 3. The angel hair version has a much better texture than this."
