"1st time to ever try Quinoa and I purchased this because it was Organic & NON-GMO and has a very good price.
I've already gone through 2 of these and just got more which just arrived the other day and plan to buy more. so good - so why change.
These do not need to be rinsed & rinsed to remove any bitter taste. The reason I know is that the 1st 2-3 times, I didn't know you should rinse, didn't and cooked it - No bitter taste to me.
1 cup Quinoa + 2 cups Water (or whatever liquid you use)"

"Good flavor. I mix with the red for color. Naturally nutty flavor. I use this like rice. It is a great alternative and a good source of protein.It is a low glycemic index food which is a plus. It is also organic and Non GMO which means a lot when trying to eat healthy."
